| I know it’s been said before, but knowing your equipment is more then going to cih sales training, it’s getting out and using it. Offer to ride and drive evenings and weekends on your own time on a custom operating crew if possible. Learn what it takes make a combine work when the beans hav some grass in them or the straw is tough in the wheat. The books do not tell you what real life teaches a good operator.
Run your tillage equipment know how it responds to different conditions and soil types. | |
