| Don't be short sighted on your smaller items or used stuff. Some sales men only wanna deal with new. I'm betting its a lot easier to sell 25 smaller item things than it is to sell 1 new tractor.
On your short line, attachments, and used stuff have it priced on your website, laminate a price tag and zip tie it to the piece and maybe even throw it on market place.
If I have to call for a price on a small item or anything used... I won't. Lot of time in my travels I'll swing thru dealerships and look at stuff. If it's got a price tag and I like the price I might just walk in the door and buy it.
I do a lot of shopping on market place so throw your stuff up there but don't be annoying about it. Or even just have a page on fb and post your items on the page with prices. Now I know new big equipment you can't do that but your used and short line im sure you could.
Good luck
