Best salesman I ever had was there when I needed him, as in a Sunday afternoon when a planting tractor went down. He had me a replacement in 36 hours.
Same salesman did not hassle me otherwise when I didn’t need him.
Get to know people on a personal level. Learn about their families. Show them you care about them more than just a sale.
