SE Michigan | DO NOT follow the John Deere model for sales or parts guys, meaning treat everyone that walks into your dealership the same level of service / respect regardless if they are looking at a used piece of equipment or spending $3M/yearly. The guy just spending a few dollars probably will need something more expensive in the future.
I think I have only been to (1) Green dealer that actually seemed like they wanted my business. And I was only buying a old Woods Header trailer for $600 - every other dealer I been to act like I am there just to waist their time. | |
