CMN, a lot of us might be surprised if we came back from the dead in 6 months to 2 years whose name is on our land! I have some old platbooks, 1 a 100 year old, another 75 years old and don’t recognize many of the names. Have a attorney friend who does estates, he said about all you can plan is 5 years ahead. After that marriages, divorces, deaths, illness change a lot of plans
