Now that is a good land deal.(if it went through) Haven't heard of anything that cheap in a long time. Slap a 2500 head swine facility on it, and away ya go. (Not saying it will cash flow, but it beats the heck out of 15-25k an acre.
Have you done a cash flow projection on a hog barn after inflation kicked in along with higher interest/insurance/utilities/labor rates?
It’s almost as bad as $20k dirt.
That’s what I was thinking. The guys who built during the latest era, even before the last leg of inflation are crying the blues about them. Yet on here it seems some act like they are a printing press.
