It's been surprisingly accurate for 20 years. Wish I could go back further but Pizza Ranch wasn't as accessible to me back then.

Pizza Ranch has been here for about 40 years, but I’m not far from the original location either.
Piece of Sioux Co dirt by Perkins corner just sold for $29,800/acre a couple days ago but that may have some development potential being on the Hwy 18 & 75 corner. There’s still no shortage of $20k+ sales though.
