+1 Having a respectful discussion that challenges opposing views is enormously beneficial. I side that most land is a bit overvalued, but I can absolutely appreciate the perspective from those that are buying. Having a thesis challenged is important. If someone reads all this discussion and makes a choice to buy or sell, at least they had the opportunity to digest some pros and cons.
