| Slough, read your comment above regarding Naples real estate. My wife and I spent a week in Naples last month. Hard for me to grasp how many ultra rich folks there are out there, but Naples is a place for those types to really strut their stuff. (As in fly in on their 60 million dollar Gulfstream, spend the weekend at their 100 million mansion, and go for an evening happy hour cruise on their 50 million yacht). And I’ve enjoyed our friendly banter back and forth through the years. I’ve always maintained, and have stated so many times here, if you can pay cash, pretty hard to pay too much. As long as that person is willing too accept a lower return than he/she could achieve elsewhere, whom am I to criticize, it’s their cash, not mine.
