| trouble is, "the patient is too fat to operate on" . youve heard of someone needing to lose 80lbs before a surgeon can perform an operation, well thats the predicament in this country currently. the "doctor" prescribes a plan to lose the weight and the patient just votes that doctor out and finds one that tolerates their hershey bar/modern monetary theory diet. we cant save they patient under all these layers of fat. so at this point to elect as shall we say "barry goldwater" conservative and just perform the surgery under all the layers of fat, youre liable to kill the patient. | |
