Im really surprised $4 corn and 8% interest has not stopped land inflation.
Seems like we are going to be like the Europes shortly.
As far as waiting for land to fall then scope it up, it ain’t going to happen. Anyone who hasn’t been interested in land over the last 10 years because it was to high priced, also won’t be interested in risking it all if land drops in half.
