Every farmer says that they are never going to sell the land they own, so it really shouldn’t matter to them what number is written on a piece of paper. Wether the economics of farming creates a return to labor and overhead is what one needs to be concerned about unless they have an unlimited amount of working capital and can cash their way through the storm.
