Fairbury, NE (Southeast) | Land "value" could have a wide range of worth. To some extent it doesn't matter what land is worth if the owner doesn't need the cashflow. It doesn't apply to some outfits, but if the owner has 50% acres free and clear 40%paid down significantly, and making payments on the last 10% of acres it matters little what income it generates in terms of if it will get sold again. The margin of error is large for these guys. And, there is more of this situation than you may think.
