| Forward contract some, HTA some. Be careful buying calls as they usually expire worthless since your buying time and time is always running out. Puts are okay in a high market like last year but probably a waste of cash in a market like this years. Don't hire a marketing firm as you won't learn unless you do it yourself. I would start with some small forward contract sales and HTA's. If after a few years you think you are a poor marketer, you won't be because young poor farmers generally have to make sales so there's less hope and pray in their marketing, than hire it out.
