oregon | I experienced severe back and hip pains after over-exerting pushing a load while on a remote hunt. The TENS unit in camo offered some relief at the highest setting. A week later, back in civilization, prednisone was my best friend. I've had a couple of flare-ups, the most recent being 2 months ago. This latest time, I went to a physical therapist and that definitely helped.
I'd suggest seeing a physical therapist.
