I am 6 ft 150-160lbs so not overweight. Just tall and lanky.
I have mentioned the pain to my doctor last fall and they just wrote it in my chart. After that, I have seen a chiro. Icing has helped on the worst days. It has always been hard to see a doctor and get help. Might have to bite the bullet and just schedule it, if I do it now they might see me and get referred for the next doc 60 days out.
