Anyway, the 372 is notorious for these issues. Had a few post on here just in the last month about this. Lots of small things you can try, but nobody seems to have an ultimate cure.
When I had this issue years ago, it left gaps in the field costing me a substantial amount in lost coverage. Worst part was, it barely showed on the map. When I sent a file to precision planting, they said the GPS was reporting a sudden 90 degree turn. Swathing the planter off for a second. Tried the calculated setting, tried getting signal straight from the 372, and that helped a lot, but didn't solve completely. Ultimately ended up getting rid of the 372, POS 700 and NAV and buying a Deere display, Agra module and Starfire 6000. Zero problems since! | |
