coast of Maine
Here ,winter is long, ice accumulation beyond, heavy snow ,8 months of storage.Rv's ,boats, bikes, cars.Guys build new ones ,,fill them and build another. One fellow here makes his entire living on 2 storage barns. You set schedule, you park units. The owners are required to have their own insurance.Friend has 4 100 ft long , powered curtain faced ,built so depth is enough just for one customer per bay, sheds as they are on logistic posts and prop tax is 1/4 of as building, his entire retirement funded. If near lakes, population center it will work.Call up or look on line for the ones already doing and ask rates,,easy math on sq ft and fill rates. Many HOA's dont allow boats/campers on house yards so a forced demand.
