I understand you’d get the blame. But it’s that way with everything now. Contract would say not liable for any mice damage etc. you’d have to have something spelled out for damages and what not. I’d only want to store bugs things. Not someone pallet full of crap.
Building a barn to rent for storage, has anyone done it?
