My concern would be labor, do you have a helper to watch as you squeeze campers/boats/etc in and out? Articulated wheel loader and fab skill to make a 5th wheel adapter for forks?
Rodent control would be another concern. Rodents love campers, and rodents spill over into Dr. Smith's '68 GTO project car...
We sold our RV when prices went nuts, I would not be interested in parking my camper/RV next to a corn head or combine if I had any other option.
