Do you crack open the "bleeder plug" by the fuel filters when you run the electric pump?
The fuel line on my 9400 had a slight "seep" (not noticeable) by the air conditioner compressor a couple years ago, if the combine was run every day it would start right up, if it sat for a few days it wouldn't start without cracking the plug and running the pump.
