Things are different right now with cattle prices so high but have a plan laid out regarding feed for year around. If you have and can prove that you have feed-grass, hay, corn stalks etc, that you can feed the cows with little or any additional money, 20% down is more doable. If you will need to borrow money for most of those items, 20% isn't enough down by a long way.
