West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | There is always two sides to every interaction. I did agree and state the comment was disrespectful...and where exactly did I state that the old man is for sure wrong and the receptionist had every right to say what she did? Reads like you are voicing a disrespectful opinion...again.
I honestly enjoy the customer interaction...even when we have had to use our safe word so another staff member can go to the break room and alert the Sheriffs office we may need assistance.
