Perhaps the receptionist had a unpleasant or two interaction through no fault of her own with this older gentleman in the past from which she formed her opinion?
That's very possible, for sure. But............a professional does not say such things ever, anywhere, to anyone. Idc how strongly she feels it, how bad or negative other encounters may have been with this man (or anyone else, for that matter), those kinds of thoughts do not get verbalized. Ever. |
