I made it my new year resolution to stretch daily. I miss some days, but probably average 4-5 times per week. It really helps. Can do it on a mat on the floor or my bed. Also, cut a bunch of the junk from the diet. This stuff isn't rocket science. Lose some pounds, stretch, eat less sugar. Odds are highly likely you'll start feeling better.
