You're not as active as normal. Same with me. As long as I stretch daily I'm good. Eliminated seed oils, glucose and fructose from my diet also made a huge difference. Feel better now than I did when I hit 40. I really dont exercise like I did when I was 40. Daily food/ drink consumption is exponentially more important than exercise.
