I have never been a big jerky fan. Always chew and chew and chew and it always got stuck between my teeth. I was more into smoked meat sticks.

Man this ground beef jerky is great. Having some before supper as an appetizer. I may founder myself. :-)

Think it is even better after cooling in the fridge compared to fresh out of the dehydrator.

Already told wife she made the vaccume packages too small.
