Southeast Colorado		That's why I said that I didn't know that it supported land prices that are too high.

But it's that "appreciation" part you mention that maybe makes it worth the chance..........compared to a known loss.

I happen to think land prices are too high right now. But I'm just presenting the case for the other side.
