Holland, Indiana (SW IN)
Boone & Crockett - 5/4/2024 19:16

I believe Dan is referring to the nearby farm that was a twin to the one that sold yesterday. It had just been released from crp, and sold for $13,000. It had a higher percentage of non tillable due to all the waterways that cut it up into 4 or 5 fields.

I get confused easily :-)
don't have anything in our area That I'd get excited about after CRP
we're looking for deals not finding anything remotely resembling a deal
Was offered some IMO wet gumbo with out a tile outlet 175 acres mostly tillable $12,500

Was starting to run budgets on the 175 A --then thought
"why buy something with nothing but problems staring at you" and pay over 2 Mil for the pleasure

Dan
