So you’re saying interest isn’t higher this year over last? Or that input cost vs grain price is better this year than last? Maybe things are different in different areas, but interest is higher this year, inputs are the same price as last year even though corn is in the $4 range = less profitability vs last year.

We didn’t sell more last June because we didn’t know what we were going to have to sell. Corn was wrapped up tight and grey. We were running irrigation like crazy already, so we didn’t want to market too much in fear of it not being there.

There was no wolf crying here, we just didn’t want to market corn we didn’t know if we would have


We didn’t sell early either for fear of not having it
