??? The inputs and interest were just as high last year as this year.
The reason it wasn't sold last year is one word: greed.
There was the big cash rally in June because of Corn Belt wolf-crying; we know how that turned out yield wise.
People wanted that same big price for the 23 crop that wasn't in the bin yet but didn't work out so good.
