I think there’s going to be a mass exodus of shorts soon. No one wants to be left holding onto a large short position in June if there is a problem with the crop. (Delayed planting, prevent planting, flooding, SA crop doesn’t produce as expected, etc…)

Last fall, dec24 corn traded in the $5-$5.20 range for a long time, I believe it will get back to this range in the not so distant future, but going above $5.20 will require a real problem with the crop. If we can sell some corn in that range, I’ll be tickled pink
