Paxton, IL | Like others have said, I make up my own kits using a tool bag and whatever tools I determine are necessary for that particular piece of equipment.
General contents would include:
combination wrenches in a roll pouch (usually 3/8 to 1 - 1/8" or metric)
1/2" drive sockets in a metal box (7/16 - 1" or metric equivalents)
1/2" drive extendable handle ratchet
6 in 1 screwdriver
hammer
punch(s)
pry bar and/or large flat blade screwdriver
Whatever else would be commonly used for the application
I've found the 1/2" drive socket set and extendable handle ratchet work well for having 1 set to do most anything you run into, but you could swap that out for 3/8" drive if you don't think you'll need the larger sizes or leverage. | |
