Holland, Indiana (SW IN)
Zach in Ala. - 5/8/2024 12:45

ecmofarm - 5/8/2024 11:19 What is not so? I would say he is 100% correct on average there is no yield loss until mid June. Of course it does depend on how the summer weather goes as to which yield better the earlier or later planted. Really no need to look at changing to longer maturity beans until mid June and also plant a little higher population on the later planting.

No so, this far south. June beans top out at  60, April beans 80-90

Not in SW Indiana either I'm thinking we "lost" at least 10 bu an acre now
May 20 th I think we lost another 10 then here it levels off June 15 another 10

April planted soybeans win here ---I'll plant in the Mud to get the soybeans planted in April

2/3 done most all planted too wet
