mascoutah, IL | I think after June 5th I will switch to all beans. Have anhydrous down but not drying 25-30% corn this fall at a loss. $12 beans are much more appealing. If forecast holds true and once again this is my local forecast not me whining it would be 27-28th at earliest to get back to the fields. What that forecast doesn’t show is we are already saturated and about ready to get a toad strangler. Tornados and large hail just to the west of us. River terminals shut down early today and schools sent kids home.
