Don't threaten me with a good time!!! Been in enough the the beef business/packing/retail to know not to poke that badger with a spoon. In all seriousness, I did research on meatpacking in the past and the cost of getting to a scalable level is prohibitive and way to competitive. Minimal differentiating factors as compared to the big guys.
