Texas
Still working kinks out of Deere 566 baler. Now and then the wrap wraps around the top feed roller. I’ve been using a lot of baby powder. Maybe too much. It will wrap 5-10-20 bales between screw ups. I’ve been idling back a little and it made it much better.

What’s the next thing to look for? I read somewhere about maybe the cutter needs sharpened or a new brake pad? I have the brake shimmed pretty tight because I’m running some cheap wrap. Or would you go buy a roll of Deere wrap and see if that fixes it. I’m for sure gonna do that when I use this cheap stuff up, but hate to not use it up if that’s not a probable cause.

Rollers look good, no knife marks or anything I would suspect. It either wraps it good or wraps the roller, no other issues.
