Subject: 4630 activating diff lock causes oil to blow out gasket on brake valve

On my 4630 tractor activating the diff lock causes oil to blow out the gasket and leak between the two brake valve halves. It also locks up both brake pedals and the brakes where you cannot push them to disengage the diff lock without turning off the tractor. After that the brakes work fine besides dripping a little when you use the brakes. Would this mean the brake valve needs rebuilt or is the diff lock actuator putting too much pressure through the return line that goes down to the T of the return line on the brake valve? I know you're only supposed to get something like 400 psi through the diff lock to activate it, but I haven't checked it yet
