You are probably using the "Parts and Service" page? It is no good, don't use it. Parts catalog isn't really any different than it ever was. They removed all the hose recipes and a bunch of descriptions a couple years ago, but the parts lookup is still the same.
This is what I use too and it's ok. The CNH parts look up is a disaster, I gave up on it. For the little CNH stuff I have left I just let the parts man look it up.
They could all take lessons from the Agco parts books app. Hands down the most user friendly one I've used.
