Subject: RE: Side by side sprayer

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I've got a 40 gallon DemCo that I place in the rear of my Ranger. I'm happy with it but don't do any large area spraying.

It has a hand wand and a 10' boom. I tie it to the tiedowns in the corner with short lengths of light chain and a turnbuckle on a spring. I tighten the turnbuckles a bit to put some tension on each spring. That way they can "give" a little if the box twists. I have two loops of chain across the top so I can lift it in/out with the forks on my small tractor. I can set it on a pallet for offseason storage.

I put a fairly good sized battery in the box and run the spray pump off it via a relay with a relay switch up front. I connect the loose sprayer battery to the regular Ranger battery. That way the large battery gets charged up by the Ranger as I'm moving from place to place.
