With over 12" of rain, I'm happy I filled my cornstalks last fall. Guys that didn't, will be out of the field until late May, or even early June. No-till is great if it's dry.
Not true. I guarantee I'll be able to plant my no till before my worked ground. Worked ground gets a cap on it that won't let it dry out as quickly. Don't have that issue in no till. I have water standing in worked ground but not my no till fields. Yes I do both. They'd a place for both practices. |
