The FM can get confused with no terminator, sometimes things will work fine too, but not usually forever, it usually causes problems.

There is one terminator on the 4 switch console iirc and another needed at the end of the line.

Modules in ascending order are not mandatory, but my dealer recommended it years ago,, it makes visualizing and choosing modules easier..

You can check the ohm readings of the switch to see if it does open and close a circuit as it is moved. Also just double check the wires on the switch match the needed cavities on the 3 pin weather pack on the FIQ module. The lift switch ought to be easy.

While you're at it, check all the fuses along the line, 2 at the batteries, and 2 at each FIQ module. Maybe one is blown.

One fuse on each is the computer (the Trimble part) and the other is the power it used for running whatever is controlled by the module.

For the lift switch, you can to check calibration, try to calibrate it with just connecting a wire between the lift switch terminals and unhook or hook together whether or not it asks you if the implement is up or down.

You did choose which module has the lift switch connected to it, yes? That's in control settings. It needs to know which of the modules has a switch.
