Subject: RE: South America

The early reports in the capital city of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande De Sul where 21 inches of rain fell the last few days ( not sure if accurate but I lived there for a while and the pictures make it look true) and more rain coming until middle of May. I am not sure grain will even matter with the amount of devastation that is occurring currently 90% of the city is under significant water or the roofs of houses. I tried to attach picture, but you can research it on any media.

The Scary part is in United we would have the expectation of rescue units and help within in a reasonable time of expecting to hold out for that. In Brazil it could take weeks to organize for small natural disasters much less one of this scale. There is just not the resources or infrastructure to begin rescue and aide. There is 1.5 million people in this particular city, if the weather continues as expected could be in dire situation. The entire region needs help and prayer.
