North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | If you are building it on site, use treated t&g for flooring (there are products for damp use) and prime paint the underside. Suggest using the waterproof floating floor on top side.
I converted a 16x52 building to a hunting cabin few years ago and had the bottom of the plywood spray foamed. Really made the floor inside warm and added to the waterproofing.
