I think this rally has as much to do with SA as it does the US. The systems this week will play a big role; if things get really soaked up many areas could be looking past mid May for planting (which still isn’t a huge problem but odds above above trend go down). On the flip side if the rain underperforms next week could be full go for many areas, ears are pinned back waiting for the gun to go off.
