There are a lot of great mud tire options but no, none of them are cheap. Galaxy Giraffe and Hippo, D&S retreads, Michelin XMCL's (would need different rim) are all common options. They go in the mud but they aren't very pleasant on hard dry ground or roading, so keep that in mind.

If you're sticking with lower cost tires, the standard L2 bias, Firestone or Goodyear SGG style is about the best "mud" performance out of a "standard" tire. That loader lug tread is available in about every brand out there.
