Check with your vet but maybe some topical banamine that pour on her back might also help by making her feel better?

Edit: did she have a live calf? Did she clean or retain placenta?

Did he prescribe some sort of antitoxin? What antibiotics are you treating with still?

How much water /vitamin water have you drenched her with so far?

She might be dehydrated- IV fluid or some sort of IV hypotonic (or hypertonic I forget) solution that causes them to really drink water…..

Sunshine and fresh grass to lay on really does wonders for 4 legged and 2 legged critters alike!
