Just long sleeve uniform work shirts from Aramark. I wear bib overalls and once it starts getting warmer I have been wearing a tee shirt under the bibs and the shirt over them and leave it unbuttoned most of the time. If working in the shade I can easily take the shirt off. Bibs are hot but once you get used to wearing them and using all the pockets it''s hard to change.
