Had the same thing happen last year on speed tubes with sweet corn. Must be that shriveled up seed that does it. We plant sweet corn at the end of the season mid to end of June. They were good until then. Replaced all rubber wheels before planting this year. Also could not plant it any faster than 6 mph either. Something about that seed.
