I found out many moons ago, to never send anything back to the company to fix .
They either give me a new one , or i junk it.
Outback Ant. is nothing but cheap junk and they would never admit it.
The box i found that i have, is good, but not great. For the price i paid for it, I'm happy when i bought the China Ant .
